The Faculty is a joint collaboration between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmutnb.ac.th\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KMUTNB<\/a> (Thailand) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rwth-aachen.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RWTH Aachen University<\/a> (Germany). An Centre of excellence on catalysis and membrane technology for energy and environment has been set up in 2022.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting from one small lab-built system for methane steam reforming, nowadays we have multiple sophisticated rigs and equipments which are able to carry out many catalytic multi-phase reactions, both pressurized and non-pressurized processes such as CO<sub>2<\/sub> to methanol, bio-ethanol to ethylene, CO<sub>2<\/sub> to olefins, oxidative coupling of methane, thermochemical cycles of H<sub>2<\/sub>O\/CO<sub>2<\/sub> to syngas, chemical looping processes, DMC and DEC productions etc.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have developed many novel catalysts such as CeO<sub>2<\/sub> nano-rod, CeO<sub>2<\/sub> flower-like, CeO<sub>2<\/sub> nano-wire, CeO<sub>2<\/sub> microspheres, CeO<sub>2<\/sub> hierarchical etc.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading catre-whoweare-intro__subtitle\">Vision and mission statement<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"catre-whoweare-feature\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"catre-whoweare-feature__icon-col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/catre.test.phranakornsoft.com\/wp-content\/themes\/catre\/assets\/images\/icon-multicultural.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"catre-whoweare-feature__icon\" width=\"60\" height=\"73\" loading=\"lazy\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"catre-whoweare-feature__body\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading catre-whoweare-feature__title\">Multi-cultural laboratory<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"catre-whoweare-feature__desc wp-block-paragraph\">We are a multicultural laboratory hosting various nationality of postdocs, exchange students and postgraduate students from many countries such as India, France, Pakistan, Germany, Vietnam, Indonesia, Czech Republic and many more.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"catre-whoweare-feature\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"catre-whoweare-feature__icon-col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/catre.test.phranakornsoft.com\/wp-content\/themes\/catre\/assets\/images\/icon-equality.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"catre-whoweare-feature__icon\" width=\"60\" height=\"73\" loading=\"lazy\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"catre-whoweare-feature__body\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading catre-whoweare-feature__title\">Equality<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"catre-whoweare-feature__desc wp-block-paragraph\">We strongly encourage equality in all aspects. We solve global problems with our research alliances all around the world. The processes we have been researched are based on green technology, from cradle to grave. We have always considered <a href=\"https:\/\/sdgs.nesdc.go.th\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SDGs<\/a>, where we are moving forward to solving global issues together while seeing ourselves as
